He still has time to serve in Canada after his release. And if Italy gets their hands on him the way that they want, he'll be serving a LOT of time over there.

If Italy doesn't get their hands on him I think he is finished anyway. He and his crew have taking both a physical and symbolic beaten, and he isn't a young man to begin with.

Loyalty is based on money and the Rizzutos got plenty of money. It remains a difficult situation to predict. If I was Rizzuto I would surround myself 24-7 with professional bodyguards so there´s no way they could get to him. But I would also get the hell out of Montreal and perhaps even Canada and wait for better times.

Rizzutos main ally in montreal is Tony Magi(and he`s paying dearly for his loyalty but tony`s a man of honour unlke some of his brothers. they also have any hells angels on the street(tho most quebec hells are in jail) or some can be called in from all over canada for muscle. well i believe there are about 60(not all are active but in mtl they usuallly dont shelf guys unless they want to be) men on the streets of montreal that have been made(they were made in many different places some in sicily some in calabria some in NYC some in montreal and others in different canadian cities) but there are another 25 or so mostly sicilian made guys in the can from 2006 colisee bust then of course the old timers doing long bits another 10 made guys then another 15 or so in jail around the world one example is dominico manno( vito`s uncle and early mentor son of the don of agrigento and nick sr`s wifes brother) in jail in florida since the 80`s
