Unless we're talking about certain Italian street gangs, like the Tanglewood Boys, etc., there aren't any "official" alliances between mob families and street gangs. However, there have been instances where they've worked together. As tt120 mentioned, the Lucchese New Jersey crew were smuggling heroin and cell phones into jail with the Bloods. A few years before that, the Luccheses and Bonannos were involved with the Bloods in an oxycontin ring that operated in New Jersey and supplied dealers in Connecticut and Massachusetts. In 2001, part of the charges in a Genovese family indictment included selling $40,000 worth of counterfeit $20 bills with the Latin Kings. And there have been gambling cases in Brooklyn involving the Gambinos and Chinese (Fukienese) gang members.
