Even tho I've heard that in some family they've brought that thing back...especially after all the rats.

It's also true that, today, it takes a big while before whacking someone...I mean they have to be 100% sure because they know what that leads to > FBI.

AND

There are way less murders compared to the 70s. So less murders, less opportunities to be made...so they had to do something about it before people would not get promoted for years.

Oh...it's like this in Sicily.
A newly flipped "made guy" confirmed that he got promoted without having killed anyone. He was a good earner and was part of it since he was a teen.
