I think the problem the GOP would have if he choose to run is that he is not conservative enough for the far right of the party.
That's their problem in a nutshell, DM.
No one is conservative enough for them. They want to run a revisionist combination of Ward Cleaver and John Wayne.
In short, they're insane.
