Apple, I was really pleasantly surprised by Carmine's--for a place that emphasizes quantity (and they serve
enormous portions)--the food was astonishingly good. We were seven good eaters, and we made out with one salad, three appetizers (zuppa di mussels, fried calamari, zucchini sticks) and three main courses (veal marsala, shrimp scampi and a four-pastas platter that could have fed Caesar's legions). Plus one dessert. Plus wine and drinks. plawrence chose wisely and well!
