The first pic of Neil in Florida, is that his wife? She is pretty decent looking in that pic.
The second pic of Neil on the boat, i would have talked him into using steroids. Probably a 12 week cycle.
The picture on the boat could be lake george

I only know he was indeed first arrested at the age of 16 (that would be 1930) for the robbery of a man named Antonio Derosa. BTW that young mugshot of Neil is def legit. I have his entire FBI report which took me weeks to finish it but I recently found that mugshot buried inside his file.
