I can't see the cd getting in there past the tray?! Are you sure the cd is in there? Does it rattle when you (gently) shake it (try to shake it lose, vertically, with the tray opened -- or even upside down and then vertically). If it's in there, and you're uncomfortable removing the disc player, hopefully you bought it at a store where you can bring it in -- or perhaps take it to a computer repair shop. That is, ONLY if you are SURE the disc is in there or you'll look like this: lol
