Today my Physics teacher gave a long lecture on why traveling back in time is impossible. He referenced "Back to the Future" a few times. It was really funny. But his point was that there is no such thing as negative time. But time traveling to the future, that's a different story...

Today my Physics teacher explained how centripetal force keeps the moon revolving around the earth... and how centripetal force does not exist. Don't you love it when they do that??

Isn't this a great thread? Who would have guessed it'd catch on so well? But it's perfect for that random nonsense we say that doesn't warrant its own thread, but also doesn't have ANYTHING to do with any other thread, and otherwise wouldn't be worth posting at all. Well maybe they're still not worth posting, but we do anyway.

I actually went to bed at 8pm last night. I'm doing this experiment for my psychology class. We're supposed to change our sleep habits and see how it affects us. So I woke up this morning at 3am, and I don't really feel different yet, but maybe by football practice this afternoon I'll really be dragging.

I normally go to bed around midnight and wake up at 5:30am and get to school by 6am to workout.

Making your way in the world today takes everything you've got. Taking a break from all your worries sure would help a lot.

I feel jealous and threatened by the Count Rushmore thread. We have equally inspiring man made monuments in England.

Stonehenge. The most prolific stone circle in the UK and probably the world. Building on the Wiltshire monument started roughly 5000 years ago. Some of the stones used were brought from South Wales, over 200 miles away. To really appreciate that refer to the picture below. Those are real people.

When I came home tonight, my room was trashed. Well, not really trashed, but definitely messed up. It turns out the cheerleaders stopped by while I was at practice and did this. They did it too every senior player.

It was all in good fun though. I'm not mad, but I'm not too happy about it. They threw glitter and confetti all of over. They wrote all over my mirror and put lip-stick kiss marks. But the thing I'm most annoyed about is that they were in my room. Even though my gf was one of them, it still bothers me. I don't think she's ever been in my room without me. This reminds me of the MTV show "Room Raiders".

You don't have to have anything to hide, necessarily, it's just unsettling to have people in your room when you're not there. I totally get it. That's horrible, even though it was all in good fun... Have them come back and vaccuum all that glitter and confetti... while you're there this time.

I hate people who ruin perfectly good plans. It's a lads birthday at work so a few of us chipped in to get a real, orifices included, blow up doll. We had a good laugh in the sex shop deciding what to get him. The other main option was a silicon glove but we opted for Babarella.

Anyway later at work someone had to mention something about a puncture repair kit and so the cover was blown. What a waste. This was going to be great. The birthday boy would have died, he would have ACTUALLY died. But no. It's been ruined now.
