I just heard on the news that a guy had a heart attack as he was eating a gigantic sanwhich at a restaurant called ... get this ... The Heart Attack Grill.
I read that some of these places sold food that was so blatantly unhealthy (high cholesterol, fat, etc.) that customers had to sign a form releasing the restaurant from any legal recourse for selling the food.
I haven't been doing much better at home lately. Using the Pillsbury bake at home loaves of Italian or French breads I've been making hero sandwiches....
*about a ΒΌ pound each of turkey, ham, roast beef and Swiss cheese
*shredded lettuce
*sliced onion
*sliced olives
*a little mustard and mayo
*oil and vinegar to taste
Bake the bread and then cut in half lengthwise. Build the sandwich. Eat the sandwich. Mmmmmmmmmmm.
