book was amazing, but needed a good 10-12 hours series to really protray it right,also i think another problem was most of the guys mentioned were still alive so they had to be careful... not to incriminate anyone.

seen the director said there was a couple of connected guys on set who knew the real guys,and tat he make sure he didnt get his kneecaps smashed lol
