Well, I got it back. confused I had all these useless windows opening at startup (a welcome from Lenovo, a fingerprint option on system and other stuff), so I went to taskbar startup and chose to not have any of these windows open. Then I lost that icon. I went back and checked more boxes and got some crap still opening, but also got my Internet icon back. Hard to tell what is unnecessary.
