A guy sticks his head into a barber shop and asks, "How long before I can get a haircut?" The barber looks around the shop and says, "About 2 hours." The guy leaves. A few days later the same guy sticks his head in the door and asks, "How long before I can get a haircut?" The barber looks around at the shop full of customers and says, "About 3 hours." The guy leaves. A week later the same guy sticks his head in the shop and asks, "How long before I can get a haircut?" The barber looks around the shop and says, "About an hour and half." The guy leaves. The barber looks over at a friend in the shop and says, "Hey, Bill, follow that guy and see where he goes. He keeps asking how long he has to wait for a hair! cut, but then he never comes back. A little while later, Bill comes back into the shop, laughing hysterically. The barber asks, "Bill, where did he go when he left here?" Bill looks up ... with tears in his eyes .... and says .. "Your house !!!!"

I studied Italian for 2 semesters. Not once was a "C" pronounced as a "G", and never was a trailing "I" ignored! And I'm from Jersey! lol Whaddaya want me to do? Whack a guy? Off a guy? Whack off a guy? --Peter Griffin My DVDs | Facebook | Godfather Filming Locations

That's great Bogey! congratulations! How exciting. You mean you don't have a SS number? I had to send to Michigan to get both my daughters when they were in elementary school. Don't know why exactly, but it's a requirement here, at least in my area. TIS

TIS, that was so cute!!!! hee hee hee! I love it! Afs, by texture, I mean how it was kind of gummy, you know what I mean? Like it doesn't fall apart in your mouth or even just melt away. It's cool. I've tried that other noodle thing at a Persian restaurant. It was interesting. By the way, I tried the Orange Blossom one, too... that was great too! I still love the saffron pistachio one, though. I took my cousin last night, and his favorite was the rosewater ice cream. Bogz, congrats!!

Thanks guys.. Umm I put History down as my major, simply because its one of my favorite subjects.. but I don't know what I'd do with a History degree though.. I don't think I could teach. I'll probably end up changing it at some point. For the past couple years I've been planning on majoring in Physics, getting my graduate in Astronomy.. and becoming an Astronomer. And I'm pretty good in those two subjects (98% in physics, 103% in astronomy) But then this year I took Calculus.. and uhh, it all went downhill from there. I hoping to keep my C in there so I can get a scholarship.

Schools take that into consideration when they're looking at scholarships and stuff.

When I was in high school, believe it or not, Algebra was NOT a required course, let alone calculus. You could take Algebra, but it wasn't required. You had general math, accounting, business math, and probably a couple more choices that I can't think of now. Both my girls "had" to take Algebra in Middle School and High School. As you can imagine, I was of no help solving their math problems at that point. I always hated math, and even now, although I'd like to think I know the basics, I am not good at it. I always preferred English and even Literature to a degree and Civics, which is now Social Studies I believe. I also didn't mind Government. TIS

Some recipe secrets are more fiercely guarded than Russian intelligence. So no wonder it's like that! That's exactly what I meant, about how it kind of stretches... OMG it's so good. Do they make a hot drink out of that salep too? I know a lot of Middle Eastern people, and I've had this thick white drink, the name sounds like a variation of Salep... it sounds like Sahhh-lehb, the way they say it. So is this made of the same stuff? Or is it completely different?
