I went to my friend's house for a Christmas party last night.. Jocelyn (my friend) got me Good Luck bear Carebear slippers and a Kurt Cobain poster........ and my boyfriend, Matt got me a Less Than Jake DVD. Yayyyyyyyyyyyy. My friends know me so well..

Big Brother, you would like him. First of all, he's only 18. A year older than me. Secondly, he treats me better than any guy ever has. Combined. And he randomly buys me things. Less Than Jake is my favorite band ever in the whole entire world and I love them. They're ska.. I've seen them twice in concert.. And I've met the bassist and talked to him for about 10 minutes at a local restaurant. Real good guys. I met the rest of them at the concert getting autographs.

I still love Deano and Frank. Don't worry.

I've just watched one of my films I got for Christmas, and possibly the oen I was anticipating most: Aguirre, Wrath of God. Absolutely outstanding! Epic in all but running length, this is an ambitious and haunting study of despair and destiny, told in a visually inspired way; from Kinski's intense title performance to the on-location filming, it is one of the great achievements of cinema. Everybody serious about film should see it.
