Was a great finale, the annoying thing about Rick wife was that she got very upset when she found out that Rick killed him, but it was her that warned him of Shane in the first place.. I'm glad Daryl made it as he's my favourite character, i got a feeling he's going to up hook up with Carol in season 3. It was a prison what we saw at the end but i just hope that the next season won't be all on one location like this season.. Only 6 months till season 3..

I waited until I could go through Season 2 at my own pace, which is pretty fast. Unless it was The Sopranos, I can't stand that week to week stuff. Anyway, I'm on episode 9 right now. The show is as good as ever. Tried not to read too much of this thread so I don't spoil it. I am the exact same way, I personally cant stand waiting week to week for episodes. I watched the entire Sopranos series after it ended during my senior year in college, and would often watch an entire season in a day.

Just finished the second season. Or is it considered the third season? Or season 2 part B? It sucked to see Shane go. I realize he had become the antagonist, and I didn't necessarily agree with everything he did, but I usually understood (and sympathized) why he was doing it. I had forgotten that it had been revealed before they were all possibly infected. So I just assumed that there was some left over blood on Rick's knife or something. I guess I can also understand Lori's initial reaction to his death. But that better not continue. She can't take her guilt out on Rick. And speaking of Rick, I understand him losing patience and taking a tough stance at the end. I'd certainly be sick of everyone running off here or there and then you have to try and find each other again. It also sucked seeing Dale go but I think Hershel sort of takes his place as the wise old "sage" of the group. Also, the chick who plays "Maggie" is gorgeous. Anyone familiar with how long the comic series is? I ask because that may give some clue on how long the TV series will be.

I agree with you on Shane. He WAS going to the "dark side" shall we say, BUT I still thought he was a good character and added to the storyline. Btw, since Walking Dead isn't on tonight, anyone watch Mad Men which is in the WD time slot? I use to, but it's been 17 months and it ticks me off to wait so long between seasons. TIS

This is a very exciting serie. The actors in this serie are "human beings" instead of actors. As they all act natural it's difficult to choose sides. But I was flabbergasted that my favorite character was killed off in the 12th episode of the second season. I'm still not really over that... I'm with you there. I was totally shocked too. TIS

Hi.Guy's I just want to say one word about the show "awesome". This is show which i never miss to watch. And i can surely say that this is not only my favorite but of all viewers who like horror shows. I'm the biggest horror fan in the world but, I must say, the horror part isn't the biggest reason why I love the series. It could easily be a brainless gore-fest like Resident Evil. But it's well written and directed with good plot and character development.

On July 7th & 8th AMC is going to, as I understand it, recap season 2 and show previews of season 3. On the tv ad they announce they will show the first episode in black & white. It wasn't in black & white when it first aired was it? I don't know if that means they'll show both seasons 1 & 2 or not. From what I understand, they also will have the "Talking Dead" group with various stars/guests. TIS http://www.amctv.com/shows/the-walking-dead
