I guess they didn't know what it was about, thought it would be good, and wasted their money. PS-Geoff, you worked at Marvel!? How cool is that!

I am Mig, thanks for asking. The cough isn't as bad, my nose is pretty free of congestion, no chills/fever, oh yeah. I just have to go to the doctor's tomorrow to beat it. I've just been doing what my father told me to do, take Tylenol and NyQuil. I slept like sh*t Monday night (got about 4 hours of sleep, woke up at 4:30, was up maybe another half hour or hour, and got another hour or 2 of sleep). The past 2 nights with that NyQuil, I got about 9-10 hours on Tuesday and about 8 last night. I think that's what I REALLY needed was some good ol' fashion sleep (which is my 2nd vice, behind women)

Jack wakes up with a huge hangover after attending his company's Christmas Party. Jack is not normally a drinker, but the drinks didn't taste like alcohol at all. He didn't even remember how he got home from the party. As bad as he was feeling, he wondered if he did something wrong. Jack had to force himself to open his eyes, and the first thing he sees is a couple of aspirins next to a glass of water on the side table. And, next to them, a single red rose! Jack sits up and sees his clothing in front of him, all clean and pressed. He looks around the room and sees that it is in perfect order, spotlessly clean. So is the rest of the house. He takes the aspirins, cringes when he sees a huge black eye staring back at him in the bathroom mirror. Then he notices a note hanging on the corner of the mirror written in red with little hearts on it and a kiss mark from his wife in lipstick! "Honey, breakfast is on the stove, I left early to go get groceries to make you your favorite dinner tonight. Love you, darling! Love, Jillian He stumbles to the kitchen and sure enough, there is hot breakfast, steaming hot coffee and the morning newspaper. His son is also at the table, eating. Jack asks, "Son... what happened last night?" "Well, you came home after 3 A.M., drunk and out of your mind. You fell over the coffee table and broke it, and then you puked in the hallway, and got that black eye when you ran into the door." Confused he asked his son, "So, why is everything in such perfect order, so clean, I have a rose, and breakfast is on the table waiting for me?" His son replies, "Oh THAT!... Mom dragged you to the bedroom, and when she tried to take your pants off, you screamed, "Leave me alone, lady, I'm married!" Broken Coffee Table $39.99 Hot Breakfast $4.20 Two Aspirins .38 Saying the right thing, at the right time . . Priceless!!!

New Baby With the sudden revelation of 57 & 59 year old women giving birth to twins, and no doubt others who are equally that age or maybe even older giving birth to single children, the following story seems to have surfaced at an interesting time.
With all the new technology regarding fertility, a 65-year-old woman was able to give birth to a baby recently.
When she was discharged from the hospital and went home, her relatives came to visit. "May we see the new baby?" one asked.
"Not yet," said the mother. "I'll make coffee and we can visit for awhile first."
Thirty minutes had passed, and another relative asked, "May we see the new baby now?"
"No, not yet," said the mother.
After another few minutes had elapsed, they asked again, "May we see the baby now?"
"No, not yet," replied the mother.
Growing very impatient, they asked, "Well, when CAN we see the baby?"
"WHEN HE CRIES!" she told them.
"WHEN HE CRIES??" they demanded. "Why do we have to wait until he CRIES??"
"BECAUSE........I forgot where I put him."

Well, I got a new job, thank God. The restaurant job was fun, but it was part time, and offered no benefits. Now I'm working full-time at Wal-Mart as an inventory control specialist (I.C.S.). Basically, I make sure all the shelves in the grocery section are stocked full of items, help unload every now and again, that sorta thing. It ain't the best job, but it'll pay for school, and a new car, and its full time. I don't have health insurance, so just going to the doctor's office for them to glance at me costs me $75. Now, after the 90-day evaluation period, I'll get a 55 cent increase in pay, plus full health and dental insurance, and 401K. Gotta start somewhere.

Afs, that was great!! Turi, when I was in school we had a senior "skip day", but it was organized by the school, and we all went to the beach. However, my daughters'had a senior skip day that the seniors planned on their own to simply "skip" school and go to the beach, or party, or hangout with friends. No, technically, it isn't allowed, but the school never did much since nearly the whole senior class was gone, and somehow the rumor would get around beforehand that it was gonna happen. I assume Freddy's skip day is much the same. xXx, congratulations on your job. There's nothing wrong at all working with Walmart. I have heard that it's a good place to work. I'm sure you'll be glad for the health insurance too. Even if it's something you are lucky enough not to have to use much, man...it's great to have when you really need it, as health care costs an arm and a leg. Good luck to you. TIS

We'll have our parents call in and say we're sick or something.
