I think that it is something like alcoholism. You can't control it. Just the next day when you feel awful sleepy at work you tell yourself it wont happen again. At night though, it is the same old story. If you figure out how to fix this problem please let me know.

Afs, It was great - about bra!

The organ portion of it sounds like "Come, Sweet Death" by J.S. Bach. But the whole score of the film except for two songs is written by James Newton Howard. The song you refer to is called 57th Street, but who knows how Howard came to write it... he might have used another piece underneath and worked on top of that, as score-writers often do. So if he did, my guess is that he elaborated on "Come, Sweet Death." But I may be wrong.

Besides, they did use Bach's organ music in another part, which is credited to Virgil Fox, a famous organist. The track right after 57th Street is Air on G String, which is undeniably by Bach, no matter what they say. But maybe Virgil Fox arranged it and that's what they mean by crediting it to him...

So you see... if they did that with that piece, then maybe the same thing happened here; maybe Howard just arranged and elaborated on another piece and called it his own, as well.

I could be wrong, but that's my guess. Let me know if you find out anything more, I'm intrigued. JustMe would probably be of invaluable help as well.

Cinquantasette[th] Street? Okay, I tried to get a lyrics for it but all I could find was about 'Incident on 57th street'.

I want to know if this piece is only vocal or actually have meaning and if so what language is that and what is the lyrics. Geez, I have so many questions. But I really liked this one. It goes so great with that part of the movie.

I finaly got to see the movie Panic In Needle Park with Al. Very depressing though

One of my favorite radio stations, Y-100, has been dissolved. It used to be alternative rock, now it's rap.

Upon checking the TV guide earlier, I was disgusted to find the Oscars are live on Sky Movies 1 and not BBC, like normal years. I almost cried.

Today I finished editing my second film. A three minute opening credit sequence to a thriller. I acted, wrote, directed and co-edited it. Highly satisified with a great day's work.

Sorry DMC, mid-terms. Been that kinda day. Just got done with my 2nd test of the day (which was the hard one). I think I did OK and it wasn't as hard as I thought it'd be. He said I could come by and pick it up on Wednesday b/c we have to do test corrections for it, which I'm happy about b/c now I don't have to wait until next Monday to find out what I made on it.

Yanks on ESPN this thursday at 1:15...

I know I just had to break your balls a little, my midterms don't start until next week, except I have all papers due, I'd much rather have tests. Reason 1 being they are easier, Reason 2 just reread my last sentence lol.

I get the questions on wednesday/thursday and they are all due the following week:
3 5 page papers
2 7 page papers

Man what are you an English major or something with all of those papers due. Man, I HATE writing. I think I'd rather have tests. I'm procrastinating studying for my test tomorrow. I'm probably gonna watch the first hour or so of The Godfather Part I and then study before I go to bed.
