Went to the local farmers market this week, and saw something I'd never seen before: Fresh garlic! I mean, just pulled out of the ground, with stalks and all!

Bought a bunch for like $2.

OMG.

Not sure if I can ever go back!!

Seriously gonna start a crop in the garden -- I think they get planted in the Fall...
