Ok, now I'm mad. Get this, the test I was supposed to have today, yeah didn't have it. Here's the course of events. Tuesday the 22nd, the teacher says the test will be on Thursday the 31st. Thursday the 24th the teacher says the test will be today, the 29th. And then today the teacher says that they test will be on Thursday the 31st! So yeah, all the studying I did over the weekend and yesterday and today, yeah, it was for nothing! So instead of enjoying my Easter weekend, I studied for NOTHING!

Well, as long as you're still having the test, you can be happy you did study, right?

I got 4 CDs today: The Killers - Hot Fuss Green Day - American Idiot Beanie Sigel - The B. Coming AFI - Sing the Sorrow Tomorrow, I am going shopping for some clothing with one of my girl friends. We're going to some preppy stores. That's right, I said it. Preppy stores. This means tight and short clothing. I need suggestions. Where is Zia?!

Did you hear about Clemens Hummer there in Houston?? As for me, I'm not studying today (I'm done for the day). I'll resume tomorrow and yeah I'm not totally mad that I studied b/c now when I study tomorrow and Thursday it'll just be a review, but I just wish I could have done more this past weekend as well as gotten the test over with today. As for me I just finished reading chapter 1 of The Hobbit. I'm really looking forward to reading this book! It seems much easier to read and I don't know much of the story so it's all new to me. Also, I read The Return of the King in 2 weeks, so I'm hoping to beat that with The Hobbit. I'm also going to watch episode 3 of The Shield tonight, followed by a DVD a friend of mine let me borrow!

Because preppy can be very cool on guys. I hate those super baggy clothes all the kids are wearing these days, with the waist of their jeans below their butts. Although the new wave of preppy sags their jeans, too. But at least they fit around the legs, they're just more low-rise. It's an improvement. Anyway, what kind of suggestions do you need? He had the stuff to be a good pitcher, but he always lost control...some attitude thing or something...anyway, he ruined a lot of games for me, so I'm glad to see him gone. I hope he does okay with the Padres, but yeah... Opening Day about a week away! Finally... Yeah, I understand about the studying. Man, you don't mess around with books and movies! I've got a book I've got to read for school before I can get to the one I've been wanting to read (and already have, a bit...). (The Pleasure of My Company-Steve Martin...very good!)

As for the books, I just like to read them as fast as possible just so they don't drag out (plus these are really interesting and I'm always wanting to read more anyway)

Just. Don't. Granted that I don't like to tag someone along with me when I go shopping, specially a short tempered man; but why not? That's a romantic thing to do for your mate once in a while. That shows you care about her.

One of my friends at school is one of only two fans I've talked to that actually liked the guy, and he won't stop talking about how he's got good stats but just didn't get run support and he's going to win 20 games...
I wish I could be like you with a DVD a day. I'll catch ones on TV often, but I never really take the time to pull a movie out, and we don't really have a great variety anyway... [/b]That's why I have over 300 DVDs so whenever I'm bored I'm sure I can find SOMETHING to watch (the only problem though is when you're really board and don't care what you watch and you have to pull out that 1 movie to capture your attention throughout it!) There are times I'll watch 30 mins of a movie, turn it off and put something else in. You know you could always go to your local Blockbuster and pick something up Something along the lines of....oh I don't know.... Kill Bill Vol. 2! But as for me, just read chapter 2 of The Hobbit. This book is really easy to read compared to the LOTRs, but it doesn't seem to have enough details. I mean 1 minute somethings happening and then the next minute, BOOM, they're off and going.

I love going shopping, but I hate going with my boyfriend. I'd rather get a root canal without anesthesia. I NEVER take him shopping with me for when I'm getting stuff for myself... But even when we go to get clothes for him, he's SO annoying. We'll have like 15 things that looked great on him, and he's always like, "I don't know if I should get that..." until he narrows it down to one thing that he wants to get, and then he goes, "Eh, forget it" and leaves that, too. It drives me crazy... like why did we even come here!? Or he'll think about one particular thing forever... I'll be like, "It was nice, come on, just get it before you change your mind again!" And whenever I get impatient like that, he tells me, "See? That's why you spend so much money. You buy everything you like, without patiently and rationally thinking about it." I do think about it... I just think fast. If he couldn't afford it, I'd understand, but the most irritating part is, this is coming from the guy who will spend thousands of dollars on electronics, his car payment, watches, bets in Vegas, but he has to stop and think for half an hour about ONE shirt at Zegna. It's really fun to go with him when he's going to buy electronics, but clothes? I'd rather die a long and painful death. My cousin Bruno is the opposite... he's SO much fun to go shopping with. He buys pretty much everything that looks good on him, and if he's not sure, he asks me what I think... if I like it too, he buys it, no fuss. He's more fun to shop with than my girlfriends. He doesn't even mind going with me when I'm getting my own stuff (something I wouldn't even DREAM of asking my boyfriend). And he's not even gay, would you believe it? He's very macho, actually... it's just with me that his feminine side comes out.

The Gap has some REALLY sexy jeans for guys. Just enough fade to be trendy, but not stylized and raggedy enough to be gay. Their darker vintage boot cut jeans are really hot. I don't know if you're gonna get a pair of jeans, but if you are, that's a good place to get them. These are the ones I'm talking about. ![[Linked Image]](http://secure.www.gap.com/assets/product/big/ga263591-00b.jpg)

Thanks, I saw that post. We'll make a trip to Maryland soon. No, really though, we've just grown up really close friends. And we don't go shopping that often, don't worry. Like twice a year, if that. And it's not like he shops all seriously, like a woman (or a gay guy)... he's just really funny, that's what makes it fun. And I guess if you compare him to men outside of big cities, he's a little metrosexual, but he's still the least metro person I know... much less than most guys in L.A., actually. He uses no hair products at all, no skin products, always has stubble, knows NOTHING about fashion, plays sports, and only wears cologne if he's taking a girl out. (Yes, I said "a girl"... ) I mean come on, he saw Zoolander, and the only cameo he recognized was Winona Ryder. The only slightly queer thing is, besides all his guy friends (my bf is his best friend, btw), he also hangs out with me a lot. And he'll spend money on anything that comes his way. Trust me, I know gay when I see it. Even closet gays can't fool me.
