I love how Kasman claims that John Grisham used to send books to Gotti. Too bad Grisham didn't publish the "The Firm" until February of 1991, which was two months after Gotti's last arrest. He was denied bail in that case, so he never saw the ouside of prison again.

Prior to "The Firm," no one ever heard of Grisham. He published "A Time to Kill" in 1989, but it didn't sell until it was reprinted on the heels of the success of "The Firm," in 1991/1992. I guess it's possible that Grisham sent him books in jail, but that's not how I'm reading the article.

Now you guys know that I'm no fan of Gotti's, but what's right is right. Kasman is a lowlife and a liar.
