In the Episode Homie the Clown, homer simpson kidnapped by the mafia says a whole series of names for save his lives including Barney Gamble, Benedict Arnold, and Joe Valachi to which the bully says more or less
'' joe Valachi who sold our family to the Senate Commission?
according to you does not mean that the family D'amico of Springfield is part of the Genovese family of New York?

I love Mantegna. He's doing a great job on "Criminal Minds." When Mandy Patinkin (another Chicago guy) left the show, I was a little worried. But Mantegna has really done a fine job.

Couldn't agree more, PB. Around the Windy City is a popular saying... "He's my guy!" Mantegna totally rocks. However, I will forgive him for his love of the Cubbies... He had no choice, Little Italy is on the north side.

Mark,

If you haven't seen it, check out an obscure film from the early '90s called "Queens Logic." Mantegna was great in it.

They filmed it in Astoria in the Summer of '89. I was working out that way at the time, and I remember the filming like it was yesterday. Then the release got put on hold for a year or so, so I forgot all about it. When it showed up in video stores a couple years later, I was like, Damn, I remember where and when they filmed that!

Anyway, now I have the dvd. Cute movie smile.
