So does this mean that the mafia was started by Albanians during this time, New Orleans has Alot of Italians that are Arbreshe. Botz, Your fascination with the Arbëreshë/Albanian people is getting a little weird .

the only arberesh village in sicily is piana dei greci, later called piana degli albanesi, are matranga's from that village? anyway their albanian acestors, if they have, settled in 1500, they are too italianized to be called albanians Exactly. We've talked about this ad nauseum. The Albanians in that part of Sicily have been there for 500 years. They're culturally Italian. End of story.

Arbreshe have a saying gjaku ime shprisur. Which means my blood has become scattered. You guys know what up if u know any Albanians. The most loyal friends you can have. And they don't take shit from anyone. And by far the biggest mafia in Europe! Googles a motherfucker. Read up yourselves Agree with the loyalty stuff. Also if you know an Albanian, the Albanians he knows will immediatly be friendly to you. The same goes for Turks, North Africans and Chechens over here. Italians and Greeks too to some extent. Maybe it's culture, but Belgians themselves really don't seem to have the same kind of respect. When you talk to one, another Belgian he knows is more likely to behave like a prick to you than the immigrants do. I'm Belgian myself by the way. I wouldn't call the Albanian mafia the most powerful mafia by the way, but in Europe definitely the most widespread nowadays.

No I meant daygo. The name is from back in New York builders n construction bosses would hire them just a few days and pay them as the "day goes" The term Blockhead developed when a group of Italian-American youths noticed the new kid on the block in the Forza Italia sweat suit, they suspected he could be a zip until they realized his head was shaped like a box, realizing he was clearly albanian they coined the term and it stuck, true story
