Giovanni ' Johnny Boy ' Soprano, died of lung cancer. When Dominic DeMeo was sent to prison for life, and acting boss Jackie Aprille succumbed to cancer Junior became the boss.
Thats it right there... I do wish they did more about back in the day of Uncle June and Johnny Boy, and even more flashbacks to when DeMeo ran it and even when Jackie was acting boss.....
