Boys will never understand. I do my nails for me, with colors I like... I don't do it for my boyfriend. I asked my boyfriend once, about 3 years ago "Is this nail polish too matte?" and he said, "You're wearing nail polish? What does matte mean?" That was the first and last time I mentioned anything about nails, hair, or makeup to him. To women, it makes a difference. Not only do I have those three, but I have 2 more reds in the OPI brand, and then I have a few in other brands as well. I have a Christian Dior one that is my favorite red in the entire world, but I only use that for specific events, because in about two days, it starts peeling. I can't even start on how many almost-white/sheer-milky-pink colors I have.

Put the nail polish down and slowly back away I personally do not like makeup ON WOMEN ( ) I prefer in terms of nails maybe that thing where there is a white bar across the end of the finger tip and then on face maybe some eye lash stuff but besides that I think it should be all natural.

You like it when it's not on women? The nails thing you're saying is a French manicure, and the eyelash stuff is mascara. For future reference. I like the natural look too, but I say "natural look" because most of the time, it's not just mascara. Usually they (we) are still wearing makeup, but they're natural colors. And usually, especially in magazines or movies (but also in real life) what looks natural usually takes more work than the more obvious makeup with darker colors. Not that you'll read this far anyway.

Some days I feel pretty in the morning, so I'll just throw on some mascara too, and I'll be fine... maybe a little lipgloss later in the day. But most of the time I wear a little bit of eyeliner with it, and maybe some shadow. I don't use a lot of foundation or powder though (to you, that's the skin-colored stuff that goes on the rest of the face besides the eyes and lips ). I just put sunscreen/moisturizer on my face. But for most girls, "natural" means foundation, powder, blush, eyeliner, 2 shades of eyeshadow, mascara, lipliner, and lipgloss. Actually, I wear a lot less makeup than everyone else I know. I just have a lot of it; way more than I actually use. I have like 30 lipsticks, and I never wear them. I just like buying makeup, it's fun.

After recently "reviving" my Blues Brothers obsession, I've become addicted to all the great songs! I've mentioned the movies elsewhere, but I wanted to talk about the actual songs here. The Blues Brothers Band itself is great, but there are so many other amazing musicians that are in the movies, that it just becomes a wonderful music collection. Despite it being a mediocre storyline, I really enjoyed Blues Brothers 2000's songs, as well. Below are the main songs I like (though not all of them): Blues Brothers: - Think (Great Aretha scene!) - Shake Your Tailfeather (Great Ray scene!) - Sweet Home Chicago (Blues Brothers Band - BBB) - Everybody Needs Somebody To Love (BBB) - Gimme Some Lovin' (BBB - "That ain't no Hank Williams song!" ) - Rawhide Theme (BBB) - Stand By Your Man (BBB) - Minnie the Moocher (Cab Calloway!) - Jailhouse Rock (BBB) Blues Brothers 2000: - John the Revelator (I love Joe Morton's voice!) - Funky Nassau - R-E-S-P-E-C-T (Aretha makes an encore performance) - How Blue Can You Get - Turn On Your Lovelight - New Orleans - Maybe I'm Wrong - 634-5789 - Riders in the Sky The sequel is minus John Belushi (RIP) and plus Joe Morton, John Goodman, and J. Evan Bonifant, so it is different, but I think they've still got some good music, and wonderful musicians. Anyway, I didn't mean to write this much, but I was on a roll. Let me know if any of y'all are also fans of these songs.
