thats why police frequently charge people videotaping them with interfering with a police investigation as a scare tactic to hopefully stop more people from doing the same. the thing that really got me about this incident was this cop was 100% aware that he was being filmed, yet he kicked the man anyway. seeing this kinda stuff gets me so heated! to make it worse, this officer, jesse zilge is on paid leave, otherwise know as vacation, while the matter is "investigated" not only should this scumbag lose his job, but he should be charged with aggravated assualt as far as i'm concerned!
