What do you guys think about Monya Elson's claim he made shortly after John Gotti's death in an interview: "I don't want to speak badly of the Italian mafia, but compared to what is now happening in the former Soviet Union, its boss is a nobody, both in terms of money and influence". I mean, if he is talking about the USA territory, he is clearly lying, but what would happen if the Italian mafia and the Russian crime groups had a conflict on a neutral territory? Who would manage to push the other out?
