The popular belief is that the death of Doo-Wop coincided with the arrival of The Beatles in America in '64. The whole British Invasion thing. But the truth is, times were already a changin at that point wink whistle.

There were some nice Doo-Wops recorded from 61-63, but musical tastes were already shifting among young people at that point. But don't blame The Beatles. It was actually Dylan's fault lol.
