I got my cast taken off yesterday!! After 6 weeks of having the stupid thing on, it was removed yesterday...only for the doctor to heavily bandage afterwards! But I can take the bandages off, so its cool. Starting either this weeok or next week, I have to go through 4 weeks of occupational thearpy, after which I have to go back and see the orthopedic surgeon to check on my progress. The sucky thing is from now on I must wear a wrist/thumb splint whenever I work.
