I think Modern Family is a love or hate it kind of show. My brother and SIL think it's hilarious. I tried it and barely cracked a smile. But I love New Girl and Big Bang. I admire any show like Big Bang that can still make it's audience laugh after all these years.

I can't stand "Modern Family" either, Babe. I must be the only straight middle-aged man in America who doesn't like Sofia Vergara. In my opinion, she's a very well paid, modern day Charo. And every bit as annoying.

Well, the thing that puts; me off about Big Bang is those laughs. Is it recorded? Live studio audience? I don't think so, people laugh, regardless of what they say, which isn't funny to me most of the times. To each his own.
