Dale was not a bad guy and wanted to keep everyone humane BUT I found him to be a little annoying. He was always interfering with Andrea's life and tho justified, his constant attacks on Shane bugged me. Don't know why exactly, but, no, I won't miss him. Shane, was kind of realistic, facing the facts, and yet was a little too eager to kill and Dale was the opposite IMHO.
