Wasn´t it supposed to look like Abe Reles escaped from the room he was held in by climbing out through the window? How was he supposed to do that with a rope tied around his neck and feet?

Well, He didn't do it that way . They must of done something to his feet. There is a picture of the rope that he climed with, Why would someone climb out of a window? I use the stairs not the window or an elevator.

Humm... Could it be that the man enjoying the Sicilian rope trick actually is not Abe Reles?

Charles Majuri. Underboss of the DeCavalcante family. Never moved out of his mother's house. He is close to 70 now.



Two made guys were sent to kill him at his mother's house. They stayed parked outside in a car for over two hours before deciding to fly back to Florida and tell their boss (Vincent Palermo I think) they couldn't do it. Palermo sent the two to kill Majuri after Palermo found out Majuri was planning to kill him and another member of DeCalvancante's administration. The family was in a delicate position and Vincent Palermo, Giralomo Palermo, (not related) and Charles Majuri created a panel of high profile mafiosi, including themselves, to run the Mafia family. Majuri heard both Palermos were planning to make a change that wouldn't benefit or defecit Majuri's position in the family or his pockets. For whatever reason this made Majuri rage and plan to have Vincent Palermo killed. After the two made men returned to Florida and give Vincent the "bad" news, Vincent decided to call off the hit entirely, because he knew Majuri's motivation was simply blind rage and that they'd be able to work it out down the road. Majuri was indicted that year.





And who is this guy?

Charles Majuri´s father Frank, was also a high ranking member going back to when Nick Delmore headed what later became the DeCavalcante Family. Frank died in 1999.

Yeah, I think it is Quack-Quack too. The guy coming out of the building looks like Paul Vario out of Goodfellas across from Henry Hill's house. Where did you find that picture about Ashta?.

It is Quack Quack on the extreme right and the one at the door could be Peter Gotti not 100% sure on the others.

I got the picture from some investigative documentary (don't remember its title)...one from several collections...as part of a growing interest since the days of Robin Moore and his French Connection, the few years of life spent in Brooklyn...then moving on to hearing about a friend's friend who got a visit from Tony Mirra, one fine day, for having opened a restaurant...ah, the Tsunami of Life!

This is from the documentary "Godfathers Vs The Law" Good watch

I think the picture was taken sometime around 1987. At that time, Andy Campos was just a teenager. That guy in the picture, does not look like a teenager. So it´s most likely not Andy Campos. The guy in suit (with his hands in the pockets) kinda reminds me of Eddie Lino. But I´m far from being sure. The picture is too blurry to know for sure.
