We spent the last few days in Cooperstown, about 4 or 5 hours in the Baseball Hall of Fame. Wow! It was great! Seeing all the Yankee memorabilia was incredible, but also so frustrating given the last week!

It is an awesome place SB. I've been twice!

Damn shame. Can't believe that my boys lost it after being in 1st place all season. This is just so very, very bad in so many ways. Certainly can't blame the pitching, it's been fantastic. Strangely we somehow think these are people have common sense, financial responsibility and couth. Most of them are Neanderthal morons; their knuckles have recently risen above the pavement. Their intellectual and social skills are barely average. They happen to do one thing good. Not all of them of course, but a large number of them....hello Swish, hello Alex, hello....many of you.

Wonder if the Yankees will do more than they intended and try to bring Josh Hamilton to the Bronx since he'll be the big slugger on the free agent market and that's what they need DESPERATELY! I think Swisher's gone. If they don't sign Hamilton (and even if they do), I hope they can resign Ichiro for another year.

It was raining a little outside of the tri-country area but not in Wayne County when the game was scheduled to start.

They didn't want to have to start the game and then stop for a rain delay and start again (or possibly be rained out). They wanted to get all 9 in but the forecast for today is 90% chance of rain at 4pm game time.

May as well root for the no-hitter now, Yankees fans. A piece of history and all that. Cuz this one's all over but the shouting.
