I drive it (130) once a month. It doesn't run very far, about 100 miles & (thank God) skirts urban areas. It is a Toll road first built to attract comm'l vehicles. They have ignored it, now the state has upped the speed limit to attract 'em. They still ignore it.

I-10 thru west Texas has a speed limit of 80 mph, but no one drives under 90. It's a straight shot from San Antoine to El Paso. To paraphrase LBJ, 'what fucking turns'. I-10 has gotta be 600/700 miles on that stretch. Nothin' but Roadrunners & tumble weeds.
