Im worried about the subway if it gets shut down....
I'd be surprised if Bloomberg keeps it open. I think lower Manhattan is gonna flood.
From what I've heard, Bloomberg will make the decision about the subways on Sunday night.
And, as far as the subway system goes, Brooklyn would certainly have more than its share of problems from all the rain: Lots of subway lines in my borough are at least partially underground for certain stretches, and pretty much all of them are below ground level as they get closer to Manhattan. Other boroughs have similar situations to contend with. The water's got to go somewhere, right? So, for now we keep glued to our TV's and radios, etc., and we wait...
