Hmmm... Too difficult?
Here's another clue:
The photo is from a rather scary movie; our Mystery Guest co-starred with one of the all-time biggest names in that genre. (Not Boris Karloff!)
Signor V. Is the person she co-starred with Vincent Price ? Oops! Sorry Camarel, I didn't notice your post when I answered TIS. In response to your question, all I can say is: That's a definite yes. Signor V.

No, not Virginia North. Good guess, though.

Awwww! And you were so close, Cam! Well, let me explain: Yes, she was a Bond Girl, and no, she did not appear opposite Sean Connery. However, she did appear in the very next film made after Connery quit the role - On Her Majesty's Secret Service, opposite George Lazenby. On TV, she played Emma Peel opposite Patrick Macnee in The Avengers. In the US, she hosted the PBS Mystery series. In the 1973 film Theatre of Blood, she played opposite Vincent Price as his daughter, Edwina Lionheart - that's where the photo came from. Yes, it's the beautiful and talented Diana Rigg. Signor V.

Perhaps a hint?

That's definitely Steve Jobs. Hey Blake, you're right! I thought it would be easy but he does look way younger than most remember him. Your turn. TIS

Until Blake comes up with a brain-teaser, try this one. I think it's pretty easy: Who is the young man on the right? I think someone will figure this one out in short order, so I'm not going to give any clues just yet. Signor V.

Well, it looks like you need some clues. I'm really surprised nobody recognized the fellow on the right. But anyway, here goes:
Show business.
He was on stage, film, radio, television. Was also an author. He is not among the living, and was not famous under his real name.
You should have little trouble figuring out his identity (but I'll still keep my fingers crossed).

SV, His face looks familiar but so far I can't place him. What field was he MOST famous for? TIS

It's Julius Marx - aka: "Groucho". I believe the other fellow is his brother, Leonard (Chico). Boy you're smart. Yea, NOW I can see it by the facial expression but would have never guessed Groucho. I do believe you're right. TIS

Imagine my surprise when I grew up to learn Chico wasn't Italian - he was Jewish! Groucho's droopy eye was the give away.

It's Julius Marx - aka: "Groucho". I believe the other fellow is his brother, Leonard (Chico). Absolutely right - the Secret Word is: Groucho! But, the man on the left is not Chico (Leonard) - it's Gummo (Milton), the least known of the brothers, who left the act to serve in the army in World War I and never re-entered show business. Your turn, Mark. Signor V.

Oh yea, I barely remember Gummo. And yes Chico. He sounded so Italian didn't he? My mind is blank at the moment (if my brother was here he'd say it's always blank) BUT there are some really great quotes by Groucho. They guy made me laugh. TIS

Hmmm... Since nature abhors a vacuum (and so does my apartment), let me give you something to galvanize your brains: A few clues: Actor, deceased. Equally adept at playing heroes or villains. Was in a few films that are definitely considered classics. Highly regarded by his peers. Signor V.

SV, what site do you get these cool smiley's at? It's not just one site - it's many. I use Google a lot. Many times I'll search Google Images for the type of smiley I want. For example, I searched for "Groucho smiley" and chose the particular one I wanted to use. I copy the URL for the individual website the smiley is on, then enter the information when I add the image to my post. For general smiley websites, search Google for "smileys" and you'll get a whole bunch to choose from. Here are two sites I like: PlanetSmilies FreeSmileyFaceWhen I select a smiley from websites like these, I right-click on the smiley I want to use, then click "properties" on the pop-up screen. This will then show me the smiley's URL and I add this as the image info in my post. Signor V.

Nope, not Werner Klemperer.
Though this person did act on television, I would say he was a bit better known for his film roles.

Perhaps another clue or two is in order:
He was not American.
At one time in his career, he portrayed a famous author. But, he was better known for playing that author's most famous literary creation (among his many other roles).
He was no stranger to sci-fi either.
