Do you remember a few years ago I couldn't log on from Florida because the free wi-fi at my condo complex blocked the site for some reason?

That's the exact message I got yesterday. If it happens again I'll copy and paste it .

But, seriously, folks, the error messages I was getting yesterday were different than the ones I got a few days ago when the server was acting up.

Yesterday, the screen would read "Action Cancelled" and that the page was unavailable or they couldn't find the server, or something like that. Often times, I used to get messages like that when AOL (which I use) would suddenly go down. But I would also see this when a website itself was down.

But a few days ago, the message was different, and it was one I hadn't seen before. I came right from CloudFlare, and it said that the site was down or offline or something like that. It also said that in cases like this, you should be able to go to a cached version of the page (or site), but that none existed with CloudFlare.

I was only using one browser to access the BB, and that's a very old IE. I think it's IE6 or something like that, but I'm not exactly sure.

I've been on the Boards a couple of times this afternoon, and I've had no problems today (so far).

i had some problems this morning, but not this afternoon. i said this before, but when i was getting an error message, i would google gangsterbb, and then click on one of the specific forums and that seemed to work for the most part.

Do the error messages come from CloudFlare?

I must be totally out of the loop, but I never heard of CloudFlare.

I'm starting to feel guilty that I've had zero issues this week.

I had a few issues the last day or so, but none today.

As well you should.

If it matters, I'm only using Firefox. I haven't used Chrome or IE.

Hmm. The only other thing is that I'm mostly using a 4G mobile data connection from my office. I did connect a few time times at home with my FiOS connection, and didn't have any issues there either.

Me to and I've never heard of Mozilla SeaMonkey.

I hope the genvose family updates their OS it could comprimise their rackets

It's pretty much Firefox and Thunderbird combined into 1 program. I used it for years before switching to separate programs.

I'm using Chrome and had the same problems described in this thread 2 or 3 days ago it's been fine since yesterday though.

I've had no problems with Firefox.

All good over here..

I'm happy to say I haven't had a problem with the BB the last two days.
