Oh yes he did. His information sharing started in the early 1960s when he gave up a lot on Charlie LoCicero who was his sponsor, mentor and may have been his closest "friend" in the mob at that time. And other "friends" as well. However, he was rather sparse on information when it came to his brother. If memory serves me right, he only confirmed his brother´s membership in the Mafia, never revealed his activities or wrongdoings.
Another thing Scarpa never spoke about (again, if memory serves me right) was his involvement in murders.
