I just watched Talking Dead after Sunday's episode and am confused as to the phone call that Rick had. I "assumed" he imagined the call and needed the "therapy" of coming to terms with Lori's death. And, Dale picked up the phone and didn't question much when Rick told him about it. BUT, on Talking Dead they had one of the directors on who said we'd find out next episode WHO called. confused
