Were these really families or just a few Italian guys that ran some rackets, big difference...were their induction ceremonies and real contact with other families..?
Anyone know what's going to happen in LA now that Peter Milano is dead, has his brother "flipper" taken over what ever is left..?
You think LA could have continued being a good family with millions of porn studio's ready to be shaken down, street level dealers, high end call girls, massage parlors, etc..Never mind the opportunities with the Port of Long Beach. Has LA got a large Italian population? Not really. Most west coast cities don't have a large Italian population

Some good info on the San Jose Family. Thank you man.
Did most of these guys come from out east, or were a lot of them already living in California, their whole lives?

Flipper croaked before Pete did , also Vincent"Jimmy" Caci also just died leaving more or less Louie Caruso and Tommy G don't forget "porno" mike esposito and "limping" lenny montagna, although there are conflicting reports on whether lenny is made or not. including associates, this group probably has a total manpower of 15 at the most. Kenny "Kenji" Gallo. He was an associate of the LA family and later of the Colombo family before flipping. He wrote a book about himself called Breakshot. He's posted on the forums from time to time. Sorry if I would have seen this I wouldn't have written anything, you answered the question... Anyway, glad to have you back posting ivy.. You got lots of good info.
