The Last Woltz Underboss Joined: May 2006 Posts: 773 Pittsburgh, PA	In the video, they mention that the equator is 2/3 of the way down in the Vatican map and use that as some sort of Global Warming prediction conspiracy. But it's hardly that. The Mercator Projection - maybe the most commonly used scale on world maps through the 1990s - has 2/3 of the Earth above the Equator. (hat's why Greenland looks like it's as big as Africa and Alaska as big as the continental US on a lot of maps. I'd imagine that the Vatican map simply used the Mercator Projection. "A man in my position cannot afford to be made to look ridiculous!"
