Henry narrating (if you meant, "They even shot him in the face so his mother couldn't give him an open coffin.") Yes and no, Turnbull. Yes, it was indeed Henry narrating. But it wasn't about the guy who got shot in the face. It was about the guy who was frying the sausage gave him the money to start a new life, and Henry was narrating that it wasn't enough to even buy his coffin.
