how long before you call it a hung jury...i dont get it It's at the judge's discretion to decide how long before declaring a mistrial. If the weather gets real shitty that will stir shit up evenmore I'd hate to me arguing with people all day for two weeks and getting the governments cheap stipend pay

I just think these jurors are clowns, I mean the asking for the olive garden or the red lobster kind of shows what is going on with them and their sponging off the federal govt. I can't believe that these people dont have a life or family that they want to get back to normalcy and out of that courthouse. One of those horse buggy guys down there on market is a federal court bailiff and he said these jurors just get overwhelmed by the case sometimes

I agree,I think the jurors now have the ''stockholm syndrome'' or at least a version of it.It's like they have accepted their role,it probably beats working all day,and with the free lunches,i'm sure some are getting to be friends now,its like this ain't so bad.In the beginning it was more hostile,now at the end of the day its probably like ''take care ,see you tommorrow,say hi to the kids.It's like a social gathering.What else could it be.On the 16th day do they come in and say hey do you think Staino really meant that threat.It takes 16 days for that answer.Hold them all in contempt.
