So I was reading opinion of the PA Supreme Court where it granted retrial on Frankie Flowers murder conviction of Scarfo and gang in 1992.
If the State plans on seeking the death penalty in a case,they have to introduce the aggravating circumstances at the time of arraignment.
And I didnt realize that Ligambi was the one of the two shooters in that hit

What do you mean the trouble is coming then ? Is this possible flip? Could be. The postponement coupled with a new grand jury can't be good news. If Nicodemo or Canalichio suddenly "change counsel," then you'll know. But until then it's not fair to speculate. Some of the more knowledgable Philly posters on RD seem to think that they'll both stand tall. So until they're proven wrong, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt.

I can hear the conversation now between client and lawyer.The lawyer says don't worry they got nothing but a body,the murder weapon,a motive,and an eyewitness.Other than that were looking good. Whatever happen to Raneri esposito and 2 other guys they got their cases severed from Ligambi's
