Agree with the loyalty stuff. Also if you know an Albanian, the Albanians he knows will immediatly be friendly to you. The same goes for Turks, North Africans and Chechens over here. Italians and Greeks too to some extent.
Maybe it's culture, but Belgians themselves really don't seem to have the same kind of respect. When you talk to one, another Belgian he knows is more likely to behave like a prick to you than the immigrants do. I'm Belgian myself by the way.
I wouldn't call the Albanian mafia the most powerful mafia by the way, but in Europe definitely the most widespread nowadays.
