given the recent history of the new york mafia there will be another major indictment coming soon. seeing how damn near all the families have made guys wearing wires on each other or just flipping when they get pinched
There's always cases in New York because that's where the vast majority of the mob's members and activity is. Fewer cases elsewhere typically indicates less activity. Especially when the trend continues over the long term.
