Only reinforcing my personal belief women shouldn't be in the NFL. I'm pretty confident it was just a publicity stunt though.

It is difficult to watch and if I were a female athlete, I would not be happy about this embarrassing stunt.

My 9 year old niece can probably kick the ball further then Silberman did.

She shouldn't have even been allowed to try out. This is the NFL for crying out loud. Enough with the PC-driven pretense where we all pretend that women and men are the same in every way.

I pressed joe schmos link but it never came in.. but if this was her attempt here wow, i cant believe it..yea with all the 1,000 college football schools and former kickers around..And she got an opportunity..she took time and a chance from someone.not against women if you can kick the crap out of it at least 45-50 yards min...

Tony Meola once had a tryout for a kicker with the jets. He could not make it either.

One of our player tried out to kick for the Brooklyn Mariners semi pro football team. He mad it when he was able to do it he got 60 dollars a game.

With my team the Brooklyn Italians he got 70 dollars a game to play
