The way it looks now i'd say he'll walk but as Dapper said i'm waiting to find out more. He's also been charged with Drug dealing, loansharking and gambling so he must get convicted of something. I tend to agree. I think that even if he beats the murder rap, he'll get nailed on at least one of the more recent charges. I'd have to take a closer look at the federal guidelines, but off the top of my head I'd say that with his record he'd be looking at something in the ten year range on those charges. Not easy at his age to say the very least. what drugs was he dealing?where was he based out of? Hes from queens i think. And if i had to guess id say some smackaroo

I just looked at the indictment online. Most of it is gambling, with a lot of repeated things, like use of word 'Enterprise" I see no mention of a drug charge. They also indicted them for illegal use of a firearm. It is tied to the murder, which seems like waste of time. If they are guilty of murder , why bother with extra charge, if not guilty, they get acquitted on gun charge anyway, I assume.

I can't use your link for some reason but are you sure it's the current one because it says 20th January 2011

Linda Gotti NOT going to testify
feds sent her home WTF? What happened Cheech? All that build up about a Gotti taking the stand and then nothing? They either feel that she isn't credible or that they just don't need her. We'll know soon enough.

I think he has a great chance to win
1) it's 30 friggin years old. A good defense lawyer should eat it apart. 2) the guys like 100 years old. I'd say its harder to put grandpa away then some young punk 3) Feds haven't had the best of luck lately in NYC regarding mob murder charges
I love ya, Cheech. But if I ever find myself on trial, do me a favor and predict a guilty verdict. This was I have a shot .
