It had to be Milton who started the fire, he has finally seen what the Woodbury group are all all about. Thought it was cool how the walkers were still alive even though they was all burnt.

I think we have come full circle in season 3, Karl and Megan where held hostage and now Andrea is and i think Milton will somehow get to the prison to tell the others and they will go and save her and they will have a war while they are there..

My fellow WD fans, check this out. Andrew Lincoln discusses the next episode describing it as emotional, heroic & brilliant. It sounds like it'll be a great finale as well. I get the impression we will lose some cast members.

I did some digging online and it looks very likely that maybe two (at least one) member(s) of the show (wont say who) will not make it into the next season. These last two episodes should be good!

So there is going to be deaths in the finale, interesting..

I can't see Karl being killed that would be too heartbreaking for him, dout the writers would put him through that. If its a main character then i think Hersal will be the one, but we never never with the WD.

Very good episode last night. Poor Darryl. As soon as I saw his shirt, I knew it was Merle. Btw, I believe that Glen is the only one who didn't lose a family member of the group no? Then again, we don't know much about his past.

I was thinking (hoping) Rick would change his mind about Mishone.

I feel badly for Tyrese and his sister. They have no idea what they are into.

Oh, and a bit of humor how Glen got the engagement ring?

Oh, and just food for thought. When Merle was in the car drinking he was listening to music. I ASSUME it had to have been via a CD since there is no radio broadcasting (at least we are led to believe that). Then again, maybe somewhere in or outside of Georgia, they DIDN'T lose broadcast capabilities and Walkers haven't attacked yet, no?

Is it wrong to feel sorry for Merle,, was a sad way to go for him, was hoping that he would go out a hero saving Rick or something, but he did take out eight men, as the Gov says.I felt sorry for Daryl having to kill his Zombie brother.

I don't think it's wrong. I hated Merle, but in the end it appears he was more or less trying to redeem himself. I think seeing his brother more on the straight & narrow, and observing the tightness/closeness of Rick's people made him think twice. Oh, and I think Mishonne (the most dialog she's had), convinced him to let her go. He wanted to help Rick & the gang by getting the Governor himself. I felt really bad for poor Darryl.

Finale looked interesting. By the previews it LOOKED like the Governor & crew are at the prison but Rick and his gang didn't seem to be there. Hmmmm Looking forward to seeing it.

Btw, starting tonight and thru the week A&E are running WD from season one. If you know anyone who wants to catch it from the beginning, tonight's the night to start.

a damn shame they got rid of merle, a real blow to the show as far as i'm concerned. he did dress up nice as a walker though!

LOL, yea that Mishonne can really kick some major ass can't she? I like how quickly she got rid of Penny, much to the Governor's dismay. Actually, Rick's crew would be crazy to let her go.

Has we didn't see Merle dead on the floor, but we saw the Gov shoot Merle we can assume he was killed by the gunshot wound, Merle must have turned without being bitten.

Weird how this hasn't really been mentioned since the start of the season by the prison gang since Rick told them the truth about people turning when dead even though they haven't been bitten.

The Governor didnt shoot Merle in the head on purpose so that a walker would bite him and then Rick's group would find him when they got to the location as a zombie.

I didn't care much for Merle, besides this episode honestly. In terms of overall show development and plot progression him and Mishonne are the ones I care for the least.

Your right with your first sentence. But Merle was a good character i will miss him for sure, if you didn't like him its means he's playing the character well in my opinion.

I agree. Merle was a good character, even as despicable as he could be at times. Heck I'm still sorry they got rid of Shane. We are learning from this show that nobody is safe from getting the ax (or should I say "Bite?)

The Governor also is a good "enemy/bad guy." How about that evil whistle he's had lately as he's fixing up his torture chamber and again as he goes after Andrea. Creepy!!

That episode doesn't pull any punches. It's pretty much what everyone has grown accustomed to in our season finale. It's carnage, and there is death. I am sad that Merle got killed off. He would've been good for Ricks team for the war. Sad that no one will know that he tried to redeem himself.

I hope Hershel don't get bit.

I felt so bad for Darryl. That broke my heart that he had to kill his own brother.

I hope Hersal doesn't killed too,but if i was him i would stay put at the prison as he is no good too the group if they are going to war with only one leg and he will just hold the group up.

I don't know what they'd do for a doctor without Herschel.

Anyone else watching the WD Marathon this week & next. I am enjoying it all over again (tho I have missed a few episodes.)

Im going to wait for season 3 DVD to come out and then watch it all again.

That's a good way to do it DeNiro. My daughter & SIL are trying to catch up. They only began watching on season 3. It's on all week but it's impossible for them (with 3 kids) to see EVERY episode. They both do really enjoy the show though.

It really has become one of my favorites, if not THE favorite. I love it.
