Today's CHEST routine.....
Flat Bench/5 sets Incline Dumbell (Low incline,bench set at 15 degrees)/4 sets Weighted Dips/4 stes Incline Hammer Press/3 sets
Past 3 or 4 weeks I've eliminated any flye movements from my chest workouts. While I was still incarcerated I gave this a try and was happy with the results. Noticing new-gained mass after these past weeks already... ------------------------------------------------------------- Guys! Let me know how your training's been goin.
