I believe that you are a lawyer Dontomasso? I don't know the answer, so that is why I am asking. Is kidnapping a federal crime, or does it become a federal crime only if the victim is taken across state lines?
I have asked this same question a few times, but I never get a direct answer. If so please tell us what kind of law you do.
