Where's that guy is he still alive, or in witness protection program? How many killings he did for the family?

Him and his son both went into the WPP after Al learned that there was a hit out on him. He probably killed about 2-5 people that he didn't mention at his trial, but I remember reading somewhere that Casso gave Al a pretty big list of something like 50 names that were to be killed. I don't think he performed all of those hits, though.

Check again, that is just the pre-order option for the kindle edition. It states a publication date of October 1, 2013

I was under the assumption that he flipped and went into the Witness Protection because he was scared shitless that he was going to get murdered.

Al D’Arco was an interesting character to say the least.
